Line Lead

Description Job Summary The purpose of this role is to own the line or pair of lines, deliver its overall SQDCSM targets, and be fully responsible for people, machinery, and identification and elimination of losses and problems in the area. The role is responsible for building the capabilities of the team and representing the company at the core team in line with Mondelez values and principles. This role requires an experienced manufacturing leader with strong technical and people management capabilities, who can progress into higher responsibilities such as Section Manager or similar leadership roles.
