Overview CT Technologist (Travel) – Radiology, CT specialty. The Dalles, OR. Start 08/31/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a short-term acute care hospital. Earn $2,483–$2,592 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Key Highlights

- Setting: Short-term acute care hospital
- Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic cross-sectional images; position patients, apply protocols, and monitor contrast administration following orders and safety guidelines.
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation; perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed.
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and manage supply inventory; adhere to safety and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with radiology colleagues to ensure timely imaging and efficient patient throughput across age groups from adolescent through geriatric.
- ARRT certification: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) with CT specialization required
- Advanced Certification in CT: required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: required
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Experience: At least two years of recent radiology/CT experience
- Licensure/Certifications: Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred); Venipuncture certification (preferred)
- Additional: Current nursing license per state of assignment
