Job Title: Grants Manager Classification: Exempt Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 annually; dependent on experience Location: South Carolina (Remote) Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Onsite, Hybrid, Remote: Remote Travel Required: Yes, approximately 25% Department: Development Reporting Supervisor: Chief Development Officer Job Summary: The Grants Manager is responsible for identifying, researching, developing, writing, submitting, and managing grant proposals, contracts, sponsorship opportunities, and other funding opportunities that support the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. This position serves as the central coordinator for the full revenue development lifecycle, from prospect research and proposal development through award management, compliance monitoring, outcomes reporting, and funder stewardship. Working closely with the impact, operations, and executive leadership teams, the Grants Manager ensures that funding opportunities align with organizational priorities and strategic goals while maintaining compliance with funder requirements and contractual obligations. The Grants Manager serves as an internal project manager for funded initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure deliverables are completed, outcomes are documented, and funding commitments are fulfilled.
