As an RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at TriStar Health in Nashville, TN, you’ll deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to patients with complex medical and cardiac needs. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage telemetry and IV therapies, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Working within a collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll partner with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in the EHR.
