You report to the President and Managing Partner. You build the pipeline, run the meetings, and close. You turn $1M LPs into $5M LPs. You get on planes, because capital doesn't come to us. We go get it. Want a narrow lane? Don't apply.

Who We WantYou've raised real money for private funds. Even better, you helped a manager go from about $150M to $1B+. Your network is yours, it's warm, and it writes checks this quarter. You don't need a playbook or a babysitter. Interval funds and feeders are a plus.
How You Get PaidYou get equity and carry in the firm, plus a senior base salary that starts the day we close. You're trading cash now for ownership later. If salary is the only thing that interests you, this isn't for you.
