Residential nurse(college)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Residential Nurse to provide primary healthcare and medical support to students residing on the college campus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
Monitor students' health and maintain medical records.
Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when required.
Administer prescribed medications as directed by doctors.
Ensure the medical room is well-stocked and hygienic.
Educate students on health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
Be available for emergency support during assigned residential shifts.
Requirements:
GNM/B. Sc. Nursing qualification with valid nursing registration.
1–3 years of nursing experience (hostel, school, college, or hospital preferred).
Good communication and emergency handling skills.
Willingness to stay on the college campus (residential role).
