Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday

To enhance HR operations, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday will work remotely to deliver HR system solutions, consult on technology requirements, and lead HR technology enhancements using the Workday HCM platform. Key responsibilities Lead and support HR technology enhancements, including prioritization, research, and change management Provide end-to-end functional support of Workday across various HR modules, including HCM and Compensation Design and administer security architecture and governance across the Workday platform Required qualifications College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems desired Minimum 5 years of related experience, with HR Systems support and testing experience required (Workday required) Working knowledge of common Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation practices Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks in a high-volume environment Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
