Website QA & UAT Specialist (Contract)Robert Half's client is seeking a detail-oriented Website QA / UAT Specialist to support website testing, content quality assurance, and issue tracking across desktop and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong proofreading skills, a passion for user experience, and hands-on experience identifying and documenting website issues.What You'll Do:Execute website test cases and UAT scripts across site pages, forms, navigation, and mobile experiencesProofread website content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and brand consistencyIdentify, document, and track bugs, including screenshots, reproduction steps, and severity levelsRetest resolved issues and validate fixes before launchCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experienceAssist with minor website content updates within a CMS (if applicable)What We're Looking For:Experience with website QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), or digital quality assuranceStrong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skillsExperience using Jira or similar defect/task management toolsAbility to follow structured test plans and clearly document issuesStrong organizational and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Optimizely, Contentful, WordPress, or other CMS platformsFamiliarity with responsive design and web accessibility best practicesExperience making minor content updates within a CMS environmentThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ensuring digital experiences are polished, accurate, and ready for launch.
The hourly range for this position is W2 $37-$42.50/hr DOE.
