Genius Bridge Technologies LLC is looking for a confident and energetic US IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with US Citizen (USC) IT professionals, understand their career goals, and convince them to work with our staffing services. You will build long-term relationships with consultants, explain our recruitment process, and ensure they choose Genius Bridge Technologies as their preferred staffing partner.

• Contact and engage US Citizen (USC) IT professionals through phone calls, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Explain the benefits of partnering with Genius Bridge Technologies LLC.
• Convince qualified consultants to work exclusively or primarily with our recruitment team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US Citizen consultants.
• Understand consultants' technical skills, work experience, preferred locations, and salary expectations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and available consultants.
• Coordinate with recruiters to match consultants with suitable client requirements.
• Follow up regularly with consultants regarding interview schedules, feedback, and placement opportunities.
• Negotiate employment terms and compensation expectations when required.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term consultant relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales, Candidate Sales, Recruitment, Bench Sales, or US Staffing.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based professionals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the US Night Shift.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Experience interacting with US Citizen (USC) consultants.
• Knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Basic understanding of US employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Ability to build trust and close consultant partnerships.
• Strong objection-handling and sales skills.
