Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax assignments. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Manage client communications and resolve complex tax-related queries. Stay updated with Australian taxation laws and regulatory changes. Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance standards. Assist in workflow planning and resource allocation during peak tax seasons. Support process improvement initiatives and maintain service quality.
