*Location:* Egham, Surrey (100% Office-Based)
*Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent
*Salary:* £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
*Working Hours:* Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm
*About the Role*
At Delta 365, the Provisioning Agent is the engine room of our operations. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the bridge between our Sales team, internal operations, and our technical suppliers.
Your mission is to ensure that every mobile, IT and telecom order moves from "Sold" to "Live" accurately, efficiently, and with world-class communication. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and enjoys seeing operational tasks and hands-on projects through to completion.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Provisioning & Onboarding:* Accurately process sales orders and manage the end-to-end provisioning of mobile, IT and telecom services.
* *Deliveries & Order Dispatch:* Receive and log incoming deliveries, manage hardware stock, and package and dispatch outgoing orders to customers and remote engineers.
* *Ticket Management:* Proactively manage support tickets, ensuring all customer queries are resolved within agreed SLAs.
* *Supplier Liaison:* Work closely with external suppliers to order stock, track deliveries, and progress technical requests.
* *Customer Advocacy:* Act as the first point of contact for mobile-related queries, following our "3-ring policy" for inbound calls.
* *Office Disposals & Support:* Assist with office disposals, hardware recycling, and general workspace maintenance.
* *Collaboration:* Work alongside Sales, Billing, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless handover for new customers.
*The Ideal Candidate*
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have:
* *Experience:* 6–12 months of experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT, Telecoms, or similar office environment. Hands-on experience managing physical dispatch/deliveries is a plus.
* *Software Proficiency:* Strong hands-on proficiency with the Microsoft Office / 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams) is essential.
* *Communication:* A confident telephone manner alongside clear, professional written communication skills.
* *Technical Literacy:* An interest in technology and the ability to learn new CRM and ticketing systems quickly.
* *Attention to Detail:* A "right first time" mentality when it comes to processing data, managing orders, and handling physical stock.
