Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Photosynth is a hybrid position based in India, with flexibility for some work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms, manage daily posting schedules, and optimize content for reach and engagement. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, collaborating on branding initiatives, writing and editing social media copy, and monitoring performance metrics to improve results. The role also involves community management, responding to comments and messages, coordinating with designers and marketing consultants, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing online communities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create engaging, platform-appropriate content and campaign plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams, clients, and online audiences.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, basic design sensibilities, and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) are beneficial.
• A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is important.
