Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary located in Bengaluru. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.
The role includes
· Email id management
· Social accounts management & Other accounts management
· Maintaining office records,
· Land / Property / Asset management
· Personal Vehicle management
· Personal Insurance management
· Work & Appointment management
· Personal Bank / Loan account management
· Personal Debt management
· Personal Court cases management
· Phone management
· Communication Management
· Any other business-related activities
· Payments & Expense Management

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Competence in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
