In this role, you will: Handle a caseload of moderate to severe commercial auto and trucking claims. Conduct thorough investigations, including reviewing coverage, liability, damages, police reports, and medical records. Interview insureds, agents, witnesses, and medical professionals to compile facts and make well-supported recommendations. Negotiate settlements effectively and recommend litigation where necessary, ensuring files are handled strategically and efficiently. Collaborate with defense counsel, claims leadership, and internal team members to manage litigated files and develop resolution strategies. Maintain accurate reserves and provide timely updates and reports. Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines. Contribute to a collaborative culture by assisting with training, sharing expertise, and supporting colleagues as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of claims handling experience, preferably with a focus on litigated auto bodily injury claims. Strong investigation and negotiation skills with the ability to independently manage claims cradle-to-grave. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities. Property & Casualty Adjuster License preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Apply Now
