Company Description Divided Attention Hospitality LLP is a growing hospitality company focused on delivering high-quality dining experiences in Gurugram and beyond. The company currently owns and operates Bhawan and Rustom's. Role Description The CDP (Tandoor) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing and cooking tandoor items, including breads, kebabs, and other traditional dishes, while maintaining established recipes, taste, and presentation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include marinating ingredients, managing tandoor temperatures, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring appropriate portioning and plating. The CDP (Tandoor) will follow food safety and hygiene standards, assist in inventory and mise en place, and coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service during peak hours. The role also involves supporting junior team members, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and communicating effectively with the Head Chef and other colleagues. Qualifications Strong tandoor skills, including handling tandoor equipment, managing heat levels, and cooking a variety of Indian breads and kebabs. Experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in Indian or North Indian cuisine. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and basic kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple orders during busy service periods. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with chefs, stewards, and service staff. Attention to detail in taste, presentation, and portion control. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations. Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory; prior hands-on tandoor experience is highly valued.
