The Building Services Assistant Foreman is fully trained in all aspects of general cleaning and is able to perform carpet shampooing, hard floor maintenance, recycling removal, lavatory cleaning, office cleaning, and all other routine cleaning procedures. The position holder should also be skilled in training new employees, inspecting buildings for cleanliness, and must be computer literate. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs general cleaning.
