Designation: Senior Director - City Operations

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver: Lead end-to-end business performance and P& L across a portfolio of cities, driving profitable and sustainable growth. Own city operations across dark stores, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery, ensuring industry-leading speed, reliability, and customer experience. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve unit economics, productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency at scale. Partner with Product, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Central Operations to solve complex business problems and unlock growth opportunities. Lead network expansion, capacity planning, and operational readiness for new markets and business initiatives. Build scalable operating models, governance mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks that support rapid growth. Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing regional and city leadership teams while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and execution excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications: 10–18 years of experience leading large-scale operations in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, or consumer technology. Proven track record of owning multi-city businesses with P& L responsibility and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer experience, and profitability. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
