Job Description :: Tech Mahindra- Associate- R2R

Location- Pune

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Managed month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities , ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepared and reviewed financial statements, trial balances, journal entries, and account reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.
• Performed general ledger accounting , balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensured compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and organizational financial policies.
• Processed and validated journal entries , accruals, provisions, and adjustments as part of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Conducted bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations and resolved outstanding discrepancies.
• Supported statutory audits and internal audits by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Worked extensively on ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle , utilizing finance modules for transaction processing and reporting.
• Assisted in financial reporting, management reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal controls.
