Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete residential sales cycle from lead follow-up to final booking. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to achieve sales targets. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for seamless documentation and payment processing. Build strong client relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and drive high conversion rates. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities. Location: Pune (West) Experience: 2+ Years
