Overview Department: PHIL-HH Home Health Care Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am-4:30p Location: Prime Healthcare Home Health Care 20000 Governors Drive Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Responsibilities Provides comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care.
