Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Field Associates based in Ghaziabad. The role involves supporting day-to-day field operations, managing relationships with service providers, ensuring service quality standards, solving on-ground issues, and providing reports on activities in the field. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to coordinate and manage logistics efficiently
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting
• Flexibility to work in both field and remote environments
• Knowledge or experience in customer service and field operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical certifications are beneficial
• Familiarity with local operational landscapes in Ghaziabad is preferred
