The Role

This is a 100% commission, hybrid Real Estate Agent position based in Miami, FL, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and neighboring markets. You'll prospect and nurture leads, represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions, and manage the full cycle from first consultation to closing — showings, listing presentations, offers, inspections, appraisals, and documentation — while using The Source Edge and our marketing engine to grow faster.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Experience in residential and/or investment transactions (newer agents with strong drive are welcome — that's what our training is for)

• Strong sales skills and the ability to generate, convert, and retain leads

• Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills

• Comfort with hybrid work and digital tools

• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple transactions

• Reliable transportation for showings across South Florida

• Fluency in English; Spanish or Creole is a plus
