Position: Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant
Duration: Contract
Location: Remote/Hybrid - 2 to 3 days - Hyderabad

Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant , with expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Time & Labor (T&M) .
- Configure and support Compensation plans, eligibility profiles, salary components, worksheets, workforce compensation processes, and related business rules .
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor , including time entry, time calculation, approvals, payroll/time integration, and troubleshooting.
- Gather business requirements, perform functional configuration, testing, data validation, production support, and work closely with HR/Payroll and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, HDL/HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher , and end-to-end implementation/support is preferred.
