About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience who can combine technical expertise with strong client-facing skills. You will work hands-on with AI and data science projects while coordinating directly with customers, gathering requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Science & AI Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate business insights. Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning and AI models. Work on NLP, Generative AI, RAG, or LLM-based solutions. Prepare datasets, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights. Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment and monitoring.

Project Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical tasks. Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Client Engagement Understand customer business problems and recommend AI-driven solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs. Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project reports. Handle client queries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

Technical: Python, SQL, Machine Learning fundamentals, Data Analysis (Pandas, Num Py), Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Matplotlib), basic NLP or Generative AI, REST APIs, Git.

Project Management: Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, risk tracking, sprint planning and task management, documentation, Agile/Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities, problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong ownership and accountability, team player with leadership potential.

Preferred Skills Experience with LLMs, RAG, Lang Chain, or vector databases. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Exposure to MLOps concepts and model deployment. Basic understanding of Kubernetes or Docker.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
