Perform monthly closing activities, including journal entries, depreciation and provisions. Manage bank, GST, TDS and intercompany reconciliations . Support timely GST and other statutory compliance requirements. Finalise monthly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records. Prepare monthly MIS and Balance Sheet reports . Monitor receivables and coordinate with the AR team for collection follow-ups. Maintain petty cash and supporting documentation. Review accounting records, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Ensure month-end closing and reporting are completed within defined timelines. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial disclosures. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights for decision-making. Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools used for recording transactions, managing ledgers, and generating reports. Good understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably within professional services or consulting environments. Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
