Role Overview

We’re looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/Whats App. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with fast, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

What You’ll Be Doing ? Respond to client queries on Chat/Whats App in a timely and professional manner Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience

What We’re Looking For ? Excellent written English and strong text-based communication skills Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat High typing speed and comfort using Whats App Business/Web Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus
