Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) | 10+ Years | Hyderabad

We're hiring 2 Pega Lead System Architects (LSA) to drive enterprise Pega implementations!

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)

Experience: 10+ years overall IT experience

Positions: 2

✅ Mandatory: Pega Development experience + LSA Certification (PCLSA – Part 2 complete)

About the Role:

As Pega LSA, you'll drive end-to-end Pega Application implementation through Pega's Center-Out approach — leading design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards, while mentoring teams to successful delivery.

Technical Skills Required:

9+ years overall IT experience, with 8+ years hands-on in Pega Design, Architecture & Build

PCLSA – Part 2 certification complete

Experience with Pega Smart Dispute Framework and financial domain

Working experience across Pega 7.x, 8.x & Pega Infinity

Expertise in:

• Case Management, Business Rules & Decisioning

• Data Modeling & Data Pages

• UI Kit / Cosmos / Constellation UI

• Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)

• Security & Access Control

Strong understanding of Pega build/performance/rollout optimization & best practices

Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and people management skills

Process Skills:

✅ Familiarity with Pega offerings — BluePrint, Smart Dispute, Gen AI & Agentic

✅ Strong in setup, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations & security

✅ Ability to work on aggressive schedules and drive teams to high velocity with minimal rework
