Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead online sales, digital growth, and omnichannel commerce for a nationally recognized fashion retail brand. This role will drive e-commerce revenue, optimize website performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the e-commerce P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.Lead Shopify Plus operations, website optimization, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Develop digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, paid social, affiliate, and influencer marketing.Manage email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.Monitor KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and online revenue.Develop customer retention, loyalty, personalization, and omnichannel strategies.Collaborate with creative, merchandising, retail, and operations teams.Lead internal teams and manage external agencies and vendors.Present performance reports and growth strategies to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications8–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.3+ years in a leadership or head-level position.Proven success driving online revenue for fashion, apparel, retail, or DTC brands.Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email/SMS marketing, and analytics.Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and team leadership skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in women's fashion, apparel, or plus-size fashion.Background in omnichannel retail and high-growth DTC businesses. xzbcwsv Experience building customer loyalty and retention programs.
