A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. The role involves handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including real estate transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, property acquisitions and sales, leasing, and due diligence.
QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Illinois3+ years of experience in real estate lawStrong, hands-on experience in real estate transactions is required for considerationExperience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and contract negotiationsKnowledge of real estate financing, title review, and due diligence is a plusStrong legal research, drafting, negotiation, communication, and client management skillsAbility to independently manage client matters and provide effective legal solutions
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $230,000. xzbcwsv Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
