b Overview /b p As Commercial Lending AI Platform Lead, you will own the strategy, design, and execution of an enterprise-grade AI platform for lending. You’ll align technology with business priorities, manage risk and security, and drive resilience across the AI estate. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities that accelerate adoption in lending and broader bank technology. This is a high-impact, executive-level transformation role with a clear platform and business outcomes focus. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and govern the strategic roadmap for the Commercial Lending AI Platform and Matrix ecosystem /li li Lead architecture and engineering strategy to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient AI platform capabilities /li li Oversee platform lifecycle from design to operations, risk management, and continuous improvement /li li Drive engineering excellence, automation, reliability engineering and operational excellence at scale /li li Coordinate with senior stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technology solutions /li li Ensure platform stability, performance, risk controls, and observability across AI services /li li Establish reusable platform services, standards, and engineering patterns across domains /li li Manage platform financials, commercial performance, and cost objectives /li li Represent platform strategy in executive forums and influence cross-functional stakeholders /li li Optimise initiative sequencing to balance delivery, adoption, quality, risk, and cost /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience delivering large-scale AI, platform, or cloud-native solutions in complex enterprise environments /li li Deep expertise in platform architecture and modern engineering practices /li li Hands-on, production-delivery background with agentic AI technologies /li li Experience operating in regulated environments and with governance requirements /li li Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams /li li Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes with risk management /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li communication with executive stakeholders /li li collaboration across cross-functional teams /li li enterprise AI platforms /li li model serving /li li agent orchestration /li /ul
