We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Communications professional to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s external communications strategy across paid, owned and earned media.
• Build and strengthen the company’s corporate reputation and brand visibility.
• Drive media relations through proactive outreach and relationship management with journalists and influencers.
• Draft high-impact communication material including leadership messages, speeches, presentations, articles and other communication assets.
• Partner with creative agencies and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Identify speaking opportunities, events and thought leadership platforms for senior leaders and CXOs.
• Monitor media coverage, identify story opportunities and manage crisis communication when required.
• Prepare periodic communication performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and multiple internal stakeholders to deliver communication objectives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional content writing and editing skills.
• Strong media relations and PR management experience.
• Ability to develop compelling leadership messaging, presentations, articles and thought leadership content.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in employer branding and corporate reputation management.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
• Crisis communication and reputation management.
• Business understanding of Investment Banking, Equities or Wealth Management.
• Proactive, creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• High ownership, agility and adaptability.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Canva.
• Experience in ESG/Sustainability communications (preferred).

Required Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5–6 years in Corporate Communications.
• Prior experience handling Corporate Communications for BFSI organizations, preferably Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Broking or Housing Finance.
• Experience in both external and internal communications.
