We're looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to own end-to-end production and delivery. Must-Have: Deep hands-on experience working with MMF, Polyester, and Nylon Spandex fabrics. This is non-negotiable - you should know how these synthetic and stretch fabrics behave through cutting, sewing, and finishing, and how to hold quality and efficiency while running them at scale.
