Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop new apparel designs aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends. Daily responsibilities include creating sketches, selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring proper fit through sample reviews and fittings. The role involves working with embroidery and textile details, preparing technical specifications, and collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams to build cohesive collections. The Fashion Designer will also participate in design reviews, support quality checks, and maintain design documentation from concept to final product.
Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Design and Fashion concept development skills, with the ability to translate trends into wearable collections.
• Knowledge of Textiles and materials, including fabric selection, properties, and suitability for different garment types.
• Experience with Embroidery and surface ornamentation, including working with patterns, embellishments, and detailing.
• Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction review, ensuring comfort, quality, and brand-consistent silhouettes.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Ability to use design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD for fashion) for sketches and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Previous experience in apparel or fashion e-commerce is an advantage.
