Senior Manager - MFD & Partner Acquisition

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Wealth Partners across assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard MFDs, IFAs, and Wealth Partners.

Build partner pipelines through referrals, AMC relationships, industry networks, events, and digital outreach.

Present the platform's value proposition, including technology, payouts, research, training, and servicing support.

Manage partner onboarding, ARN/EUIN verification, documentation, and activation.

Drive partner engagement through first SIP, client onboarding, and regular platform usage.

Track acquisition and activation metrics to improve partner productivity.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Training teams to enhance partner experience.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Partner Acquisition, Channel Sales, Wealth Management,Mutual Funds, or Financial Services.

Strong network within the MFD, IFA, Wealth Management, or AMC ecosystem.

Good understanding of mutual fund distribution, ARN/EUIN processes, and partner management.

Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills
