We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands the complete fabrication process and can effectively manage a production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF laser, press brakes, copper fabrication, and powder coating operations.

$90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary plus a 10% Bonus Opportunity

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Press Brake Experience
• Hands‑on experience with TRUMPF laser equipment
• Copper Fabrication Experience
• Powder coating line experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
