About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own and drive end-to-end e-commerce operations across procurement, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end e-commerce supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery.
• Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability.
• Oversee 3PLs, fulfillment centers, warehouses, and logistics partners .
• Manage end-to-end international and cross-border logistics , including shipping, customs, and compliance.
• Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
• Manage backend operations across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop , and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
• Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements and automation .
• Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead and manage the operations team and handle operational escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations .
• Strong experience in inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL management .
• Experience in international/cross-border e-commerce operations .
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop , or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
