Key Responsibilities: Generate Home Loan business through direct sourcing, referrals, builders, developers, channel partners, and DSAs. Identify prospective customers looking for home finance. Conduct customer meetings and understand financing requirements. Promote Home Loan products and explain features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI calculations, tenure, and repayment options. Meet monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets. Build long-term relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners. Collect and verify customer documentation.
