 WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE  

FabConnect is hiring a Customer Support Executive  for a full-time opportunity at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore .

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in customer support, tele-calling, grievance handling, and customer relationship management . 

 Location:  World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

 Experience:  1 Year

 Salary:  ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

 Department:  Marketing / Customer Support

⏰ Employment Type:  Full-Time

✔ Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels

✔ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls

✔ Follow up on service requests, complaints, and issue resolution

✔ Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely closure

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets

✔ Track recurring customer concerns and prepare daily/weekly reports

✔ Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards 

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Inbound & Outbound Tele-calling

✅ Customer Query Handling

✅ Complaint & Grievance Resolution

✅ Customer Relationship Management

✅ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

✅ Basic MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

Candidates from E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, Service Industry, BPO, or Contact Centre backgrounds will be preferred.
