Key Responsibilities: * Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital Marketing & Data Science courses. * Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions. * Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industry trends. * Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure, fees, duration, and placement assistance. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies. * Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector preferred). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. * Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups. * Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Science is a plus.
