Role Description The Project Coordinator – Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating interior design projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The Project Coordinator will manage communication between designers, vendors, contractors, and clients, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates. Daily responsibilities include assisting with site visits, monitoring work execution, overseeing material deliveries, and supporting the resolution of on-site issues. The role also includes preparing basic project reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and basic project documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and support problem-solving for on-site issues.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets) and, ideally, familiarity with design-related software.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in interior project coordination or a similar role in the construction or design industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
