Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (Andheri West, Mumbai)

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is all about customer engagement, field sales, and driving acquisitions in the real estate sector. Location: Mumbai - Andheri West Experience: 1–5 years in Real Estate or Sales/BD roles Key Responsibilities: Cold/warm calling and meeting home sellers Building trust and positioning the brand with sellers Organizing site visits (direct & via channel partners) Managing acquisition pipelines and closing deals Achieving monthly targets on conversions and acquisitions ✅ Requirements: Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus) Analytical mindset with sales/BD execution experience Comfortable working in a 6-day week including weekends (peak activity happens Sat/Sun) Willingness to travel regularly across Mumbai Must own a two-wheeler or car Go-getter attitude with target-driven focus
