Role Description This full-time remote role as a Marketplace Merchandiser & Operations Executive involves managing product listings, ensuring accurate content, and optimizing assortment across online marketplaces. The role includes monitoring inventory, pricing, and promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to keep catalog data consistent and up to date. The executive will track marketplace performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience, and support the resolution of listing or order-related issues. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with stakeholders, preparing basic reports, and following standardized processes to maintain smooth marketplace operations. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and marketplace partners. Sales and Retail experience to understand product positioning, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior on online marketplaces. Marketing skills to support merchandising decisions, promotional activities, and product visibility improvements. Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and maintain accurate listings. Detail-oriented approach, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment. Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or merchandising is preferred. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
