Job Summary
AP Guru is looking for an experienced and passionate SAT English Tutor to help students excel in the Digital SAT Reading & Writing section. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience teaching standardized tests in an online environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online SAT English classes.
- Teach grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, rhetoric, and SAT test-taking strategies.
- Develop lesson plans and assign practice work.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Track progress and support students in achieving their target scores.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and personalized academic support when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching English
- Strong command of English grammar, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Experience teaching online using Zoom or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and student engagement skills.
Job Details
- Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day within 6:00–9:00 AM IST and 4:00–10:00 PM IST
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
