Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Venue Development Division

Role Objective

Lead financial strategy, capital structuring, project finance, investor relations, governance, and financial performance for the venue development business.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

2. Project Finance & Fundraising

• Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.

• Engage banks, PE funds, family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors.

• Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.

3. Commercial & Investment Analysis

• Evaluate venue investment opportunities.

• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments.

• Monitor project economics and profitability.

4. Financial Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards.

• Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems.

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Optimize working capital and liquidity.

• Manage project cash flows and capital expenditure.

6. Investor Relations

• Support interactions with analysts, investors, lenders, and shareholders.

• Develop MIS and reporting frameworks.

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Delhi NCR

Experience: 15–25 years in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, convention centers, exhibition venues, airports, industrial parks, PPP projects, or large-scale project development.
