Job Description Supervise all on-site activities for interior buildout projects within the healthcare sector. Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion. Enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays. Prepare and submit progress reports to management. The Successful Applicant A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have: Experience managing interior buildout projects, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
