Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in HubSpot development, customization, automation, and integration. The ideal candidate can build scalable CRM solutions, streamline business processes, and connect HubSpot with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM solutions, including custom properties, pipelines, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
• Build automated workflows to improve sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between HubSpot and third‑party applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Manage data migration, data quality, and CRM performance.
• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document CRM configurations and development work.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in HubSpot CRM development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, and automation.
• Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with data migration, reporting, and CRM optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
