As a SkyLife Flight Nurse at TriStar Health, you deliver critical care during air medical transport across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. You’ll assess, stabilize, and treat high-acuity patients in rotor or fixed-wing aircraft, collaborating with pilots, paramedics, and physicians. Responsibilities include advanced airway and cardiovascular management, medication administration, and rapid trauma and medical interventions. You’ll follow strict safety, infection-control, and communication protocols while documenting care, participating in simulations, and supporting education and outreach initiatives in the communities we serve.
