Telesales Executive - Healthcare/Insurance

We build products that solve patients' experiences at the hospital and throughout their healthcare journey. Our first product was an innovative early-discharge platform that lets patients get discharged within 10 minutes - today we discharge 500+ patients daily on it. We're now building more services to make patients' lives faster, starting with ClaimIt: we help patients file their pre- and post-hospitalisation insurance claims and reimbursements with insurance companies and TPAs.

This is the team you'll be joining.

What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to patients - explain ClaimIt and help them start their claim journey on the spot

- Follow up on warm leads and log everything in the CRM

What you need

- 0-2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare or insurance is a plus)

- Fluent English + Kannada and/or Malayalam

- Stable internet, quiet workspace, Excel/Sheets basics
