As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Brand Manager, to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Social Media Executive to support our brand’s digital presence. This role will be responsible for ideation, content execution, publishing, and daily management of our social media channels, while working closely with the Social Media Manager to deliver engaging and consistent content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation and Planning

• Brainstorm and propose content ideas aligned with brand tone, campaigns, and trends.
• Assist in creating monthly content calendars for different platforms.

Content Creation and Execution

• Write captions, scripts, and post copy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies for creatives and edits.
• Ensure timely posting of all content across platforms.

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
• Monitor comments and messages, flagging important queries to the relevant teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Social Media Manager.
• Share insights and learnings to improve future content.

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, and competitor activity.
• Suggest new formats and ideas based on emerging trends.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• Experience working with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
• Understanding of brand storytelling and community building.
