This facility operates as a trauma center with over 600 beds, maintaining the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical call coverage. The facility provides a structured environment for OR-based neurosurgical services with resources in place to facilitate quality patient care delivery. Advanced practice provider support is available to assist throughout all assigned coverage periods.

The region offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, outdoor, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. The area features outdoor recreation opportunities, live music and arts venues, agricultural heritage sites, and year-round activities that reflect the character of the surrounding communities.

The neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services in an on-site OR setting at a trauma facility. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all designated coverage periods. APP support is available to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery across all assigned shifts. Board certification in neurological surgery is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
